ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS, 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (“Promotion Partner”), R&R Partners, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor and Promotion Partner are sometimes to referred to herein as the “Promotion Parties”.

By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Parties and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to the Code Match Game (“Game”). Game is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Game can be entered into beginning at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 9, 2026 through 8:59 p.m. PT on March 13, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

GAME PERIODS: There will be one (1) game period (each, a “Game Period”) approximately every 8 minutes beginning at 7:00 p.m. PT and ending at 9:00 p.m. PT, for a total of sixteen (16) Game Periods.

TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, to participate, scan the QR code shown provided in advertisements for the Game or visit codematch.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. As part of the entry form, you will be required to select the Game Periods into which you wish to be entered from among the Game Periods still remaining to be played at the time of entry. Entries must be received at least one (1) minute prior to the start of any Game Period to be eligible for that Game Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per Game Period. Participants are not permitted to use multiple accounts to participate and entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process or normal functionality of the Game or that do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules are void.

WINNER DETERMINATION: For each Game Period, each entrant will be randomly assigned a three (3) digit code that will act as their entry for that Game Period (the “Entry Code”). Some entrants may receive the same Entry Code, but only one entrant will be randomly assigned the Winning Code (defined below). One (1) randomly generated winning three (3) digit code will be generated for each Game Period (“Winning Code”). The entrant whose Entry Code matches the Winning Code will be deemed the potential winner for the Game Period in question. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Game Period. Entries from one (1) Game Period do not carry forward into subsequent Game Periods.

In the event that production, seeding, human, or other errors cause multiple entrants to receive an Entry Code that matches the Winning Code for any Game Period, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize for that Game Period by random drawing among all eligible entrants who legitimately received the Winning Code. In no event will Sponsor be liable for awarding more than the one (1) prize for any Game Period.

WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners will be notified via email promptly following the Game Period for which they were determined a potential winner and required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release, unless prohibited by law, as well as a W-9 Form, within the time period stated in the notification. If a potential winner does not claim the prize properly, return all required documents within the time period stated, otherwise comply with all prize claim instructions, and/or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. You are not a winner even if your Entry Code matches the Winning Code until your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been verified. If a prize is not properly claimed, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not required, to attempt to award the prize to one or more additional potential winners by conducting a random drawing among all remaining nonwinning eligible entrants for the applicable Game Period. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”):

Game Period 1 Prize: No Doubt Getaway Package for Two (2), which must take place around a No Doubt concert in May 2026, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $1,000 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay at The Venetian Resort (room rate, room tax and resort fees only; one (1) standard double occupancy room);
• Premium tickets for two (2) to a No Doubt Live At Sphere concert (date as determined by Sponsor);
• A $500 food & beverage credit at The Venetian Resort (select locations identified by Promotion Parties in their sole discretion); and

Game Period 2 Prize: The Ultimate Circa Sports Weekend Package for Two (2), which must take place in 2026, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $1,000 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay in a Circa Resort suite (room rate, room tax and resort fees only);
• A cabana for two (2) at Stadium Swim and Special Victory Presentation Experience at Stadium Swim; and
• Dinner for two at Barry’s Downtown Prime (up to $500).

Total ARV of Game Period 2 Prize Package: $5,000.

Game Period 3 Prize: SAHARA Grand Escape Package for Two (2), which must take place in 2026, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $1,000 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay in a SAHARA Suite (room rate, room tax and resort fees tax only);
• VIP round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in Las Vegas (as determined by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion);

• VIP table at CASBAR during Dueling Pianos (up to $500).

Game Period 4 Prize: UFC Fight Week Package for Two (2), which must take place in late June/early July 2026 during International Fight Week (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor), consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $1,000 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay at a Las Vegas resort selected by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion (room rate, room tax and resort fees only; one (1) standard double occupancy room);
• VIP Tickets for two (2) to a UFC numbered event;
• Post-fight Octagon experience for two (2);
• Reserved access for two (2) at ceremonial weigh-ins;
• UFC athlete meet & greet for two (2);
• UFC HQ & UFC Performance Institute tour for two (2); and

Total ARV of Game Period 12 Prize Package: $5,000.

Game Period 13 Prize: Rodeo Weekend Package for Two (2), which must take place during the week of December 3, 2026, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $1,000 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay at a Las Vegas resort selected by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion (room rate, room tax and resort fees only; one (1) standard double occupancy room);
• Two (2) VIP platform seats near announcers to the National Finals Rodeo (“NFR”);
• Meet and greet for two (2) with anthem and opening act prior to NFR;
• An autographed item for the winner (to be determined by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion);
• Escort for two (2) to the dirt following NFR to pose for an image near the iconic yellow chutes; and
• Private tour of NFR grounds.

Total ARV of Game Period 13 Prize Package: $5,000.

Game Period 14 Prize: F1 Exclusive Weekend Package for Two (2), which must take place November 19-21, 2026, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $200 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay at a Las Vegas resort selected by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion (room rate, room tax and resort fees only; one (1) standard double occupancy room);
• Las Vegas Grand Prix Grandstand Tickets for two (2);
• Guided Paddock tour for behind-the-scenes views for two (2) (details determined by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion); and
• Pit lane walk experience for two (2) (details determined by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion).

Total ARV of Game Period 14 Prize Package: $5,000.

Game Period 15 Prize: New Year’s Eve Getaway Package for Two (2), which must be taken December 30, 2026 - January 1, 2027, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $1,000 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two-night stay at a Las Vegas resort selected by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion (room rate, room tax and resort fees only; one (1) standard double occupancy room);
• Opportunity to choose a song to play during the Las Vegas New Year Eve’s countdown (from a list provided by Promotion Partner);
• Opportunity to choose a graphic for the drone show during the Las Vegas New Year Eve’s countdown (from a list provided by Promotion Partner); and
• Opportunity for two (2) to attend a New Year’s Eve Las Vegas party selected by the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion.

Total ARV of Game Period 15 Prize Package: $5,000.

Game Period 16 Prize: Caesars VIP Getaway Package for Two (2), which must take place in 2026 on dates as determined by Promotion Partners in their sole discretion, consists of the following:

• A credit for up to $300 towards round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV;
• Two (2) VIP tickets to Caesars Palace’s 60th Anniversary Celebration;
• Two-night stay at Caesars Palace in a Colosseum Tower suite (room rate, room tax and resort fees only);
• VIP cabana for two (2) at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis with a $500 food and beverage credit; and
• Dinner for two (2) at Guy Savoy (up to $1,000; does not include gratuity).

Total ARV of Game Period 16 Prize Package: $5,000.

All prize packages and elements will be fulfilled by Promotion Partner other than the Bad Witch Package tickets, which will be fulfilled by Sponsor. All hotel and resort related accommodations will be made through Promotion Partner. All air travel must be booked directly by winner. All airfare credits will be issued in the form of one (1) gift card, as determined by Promotion Partner. Any cost of airfare in excess of the credit provided will be winner’s responsibility. Where applicable, winner must travel on the dates determined by Promotion Partner in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Hotel and resort accommodations and tickets are subject to availability and blackout dates. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel elements booked by Promotion Partner is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Game, and those set forth by the Promotion Partner’s provider of choice. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, air and ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of arrival at accommodations. Winner and guest must execute liability/publicity release(s) prior to accepting prize packages and elements thereof. Winner and guest must have all necessary documents in order to travel, which may include a REAL ID. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit or debit card to the hotel for expenses incurred by winner and guest not included as part of prize. Promotion Parties will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, gift cards or certificates. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Promotion Parties are not responsible if any prize element included as part of a prize package is delayed, postponed, cancelled or unable to be provided for any reason in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety, no substitution will be provided except as in the Promotion Parties’ sole discretion, and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. If winner or guest is unable to attend any event to utilize any prize element at the date and time designated by the Promotion Partner, that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in the Promotion Parties’ sole discretion. Seating to be determined in the sole discretion of Promotion Parties in their sole discretion. Tickets may be subject to applicable issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All experience portions of prize packages are subject to Promotion Parties’ sole discretion. All resort-related amenities and services, including restaurant, bar, pool and spa prizes, must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability and blackout dates. Please see winner documentation, including any vouchers, gift cards or tickets, for any additional terms and conditions. Winner and guest agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by issuer of the tickets. Winner and guest agree to abide by all venue rules and regulations and must be eligible to attend events. Failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize. Terms and conditions apply to any credit, gift card, certificate, or voucher provided to winner as part of the prize.

Winner must accept prize package in its entirety or prize package will be forfeited. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. By accepting a prize, each winner and his/her guest agree that winner and guest will act in a manner that is safe and respectful of Promotional Parties. If a winner and/or his/her guest should appear to be inebriated, impaired or acting inappropriately, if a winner and/or his/her guest speaks profanity or shows any lewd or sexually suggestive gesture or full or partial nudity, or if a winner and/or his/her guest becomes involved in any situation or occurrence which could reflect unfavorably upon any other individual or that creates the potential for death, disability, injury and/or property damage, the Promotional Parties, Event Staff and travel personnel shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to remove both the winner and guest from the premises and the remainder of the prize may be forfeited without any further compensation. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Promotion Parties in their sole discretion reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Promotion Parties’ sole discretion Limit one (1) prize per person. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

PUBLICITY GRANT: By entering, each winner, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Promotion Parties and their designees to use their name, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Participants, by participating, agree Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Game.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entry Codes, entries, messages, notifications, mail, email, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, platform, application, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Game, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration or functionality of the Game, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Game-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by platform users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s device related to or resulting from participating in this Game. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Game or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries/Entry Codes will be void.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Game, including modifying any Game Periods, should any portion of the Game be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize(s) for the Game Period(s) at issue via a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such Game Period(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
